This is the NCAB required USPAP Update which takes care of 7 of the 28 hours you need for continuing education. This course is also approved for South Carolina appraisers.  (This class is approved for 4 hours of elective continuing education with the NC Real Estate Commission. There is an additional $20.00 fee to report this class to the NCREC)

  • You need 28 hours of CE credit of which 7 hours must be the USPAP UPDATE.
  • The 2008/2009 USPAP Student Manual is included in the course.
  • The cost of this course is $150.00

Bring your own 2008/2009 USPAP book or you can order one on lien at my website. Cost is $55.00 You MUST have a 2008/2009 USPAP book to take the class. Again, the 7 Hour Student Manual is included in the $150.00, the 2008/2009 USPAP BOOK is NOT INCLUDED.

Please note that as of January 1, 2008, all Certified Residential Appraiser applicants must have at least an Associates Degree (in any field) and all Certified General Appraisal applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree (in any field).
