The 15 hour National USPAP course of The Appraisal Foundation focuses on the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performances by appraisers that are set forth in the Uniform Standards Of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  This course is unique in that it was developed in 1998 and is revised annually for The Appraisal Foundation with the assistance from the eight Appraisal Sponsoring Professional Organizations for use nationwide.  $450.00 Sign Up  ALL REQUIRED TEXTBOOKS AND MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED IN PRICE *If you have a 2014-15 USPAP book, you will be refunded $75.00*
