Continuing Education:

28 hours of CE must be completed by June 1 in ODD Number years. The 28 hours MUST include the National 7 Hour USPAP update, which must be taken by May 31 of the even numbered year.

We no longer offer Pre-Licensing Courses
However, we do continue to offer the REQUIRED 15 Hour USPAP Course.

Please note that as of January 1, 2008, all Certified Residential Appraiser applicants must have at least an Associates Degree (in any field) and all Certified General Appraisal applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree (in any field).
