A $10 refund fee will be charged IF you cancel your class registration. This covers the reversal fees PayPal charges us.

You will need to purchase the following books before class:
- 2026 USPAP Guidance & Reference Manual
- 7-Hour USPAP Update Student Manual
- USPAP Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice – issued in 2024. Still current in 2026
This is a new requirement that the 7 hr USPAP update must be taken in the first 5 months of the even numbered year. (5/31/26)
